hi, yes because this is not the option to download it refer this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGY in the last 3 min you will find how a student can download their certificate.

hi, i have checked just increase the width of the certificate. it will solve the issue. but if still you faced the same then try to reupload it.
