Certificate not working

Hi, Certificates are not working ok for me. Added the shotcodes in the certificate: https://prnt.sc/snjf2k Did not work. The user can not see the certificate in the dashboard (tried many ways in widgets like html, dashboard text and budypress certificate) neither in the course page. Refer: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cYhTDzpini

Hello, Dear friend, If you have any issue to create certificate first see these tips that will help how to make certificate in wplms: 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylT1j35dUbg 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGkw2RJtXsM Sir For auto assigning certificate you have to set some settings : Go to edit course (frontend) page and in settings set certificate condition marks to get certificate. Hi, I saw the videos and have the same set up, already read a lot of post in the forum and can't find the answer. I assigned the certificate to the test student, did the set up in course frontend, did the set up in the certificate template, did the set up in LMS>Settings, followed the tutorials, read old support tickets, but can't make it work. Did you see the video and the first post images? Regards.

Hello, i have check on your website but first i am not able to connect with the course that is only due to third-party plugins , Refer: https://prnt.sc/spfcan Deactivate all third-party plugins and check that able to add in course after that ping me back, Because without taking course , i am not able to check the course complete certification issue, thanks,
