    For a long time I have been trying to make the certificate in my online school look sane. But every time there is a problem.     hi this is an alignment issue please follow the below steps the steps for pdf certificate 1- select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly 2- drag and drop the element according to your design 3- choose the alignment of the text there and after that click on the EDIT TEXT 4- after that click the save option then update the entire certificate this is how it will work and also make sure that you have enabled the pdf certificate in certificate template and also in lms>>Settings

    hi sorry for the delay in response due to the support holiday no, it's nothing like this it's also working for you as you can check the screenshots and if you have a doubt that you can check by creating a new certificate and then try to align the elements with the following steps: 1- select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly 2- drag and drop the element according to your design 3- choose the alignment of the text there and after that click on the EDIT TEXT 4- after that click the save option then update the entire certificate please let me know if you face any issue thanks
