So far, the certificate of completion has been automatically printed normally. But suddenly, the certificate is not automatically printed out. I took a closer look, but I can’t figure out the cause.

just checked the screenshots you have shared
it seems like you are not using PDF certificate
check this:

it is the normal editor

it seems like that you have not enabled the PDF certificate!

first, I would like to request you that please use wplms PDF certificate plugin
regarding plugin setting:
make sure that you have checked the setting in lms>>settings>>show PDF certificate only and another one in edit certificate template and enable pdf certificate

let me clear

the steps for pdf certificate

1- select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly
2- drag and drop the element according to your design
3- choose the alignment of the text there
and after that click on the EDIT TEXT
4- after that click the save option
then update the entire certificate
this is how it will work

I had a certificate of completion that I made a while ago. The certificate has already been deleted to the trash.

However, even when I create a new certificate, the old certificate background image is displayed.

the certificate will be assigned to user only when user click on the complete course button then the certificate will be assigned to the user

Thanks for the link above. I read it carefully and applied it. I tested OpenSans-Regular, FreeSans, and NanumGothic in Korean. But it keeps breaking with ????.

I introduced a lot of wplms themes to my Korean friends. My Korean friends around me are experiencing the same symptoms now. Please fix the broken Korean.
