Change "Apply for Course"

I would like to change the words "Apply for Course" to "Register," "Are you sure you want to apply for this course" to "Are you sure you want to Register for this Workshop," and "Applied for Course" to "Registered" Can you please tell me where I can find these in the editor? Thanks!
