    Hello Logan, thanks for your help, nevertheless we are back to the original problem and one aditional, I explain and send you video of both: 1.When two users have the same "name" field, it will show the same certificate for the first and second user.     1. When a user retakes a quiz (because he/she failed the first one) no certificate will be generated.

    Hello, please update all codes in wplms pdf certificate plugin >> includes >> class.init.php link: https://gist.github.com/madhvendras84/f01709356a592effab4fde08c912b63c this is also fixed.

    Hello, I did a test and it didn't work, i send you a video of the change in the file and the test that is not working. Sorry, it seems that maybe you are getting tired of giving me support on this and the other issue I have opened with the statistics, but I really want and need the WPLSM solution to work, because my customer (I am the web designer) is asking for me to change it  if it doesn't work as it should.     Hello, I changed the code as instructed, and tested, but still not working (users with same name getting the same certificate). See attached video: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1hLqiKrbWipm0SRu5xMNmbgQtmk1Gi5lu Thanks for your help.

    Fixed the issue at your end .Please generate the certifiicate for the users having same names and check again .
