Change price for course button in directory

Hi! I am working on a membership site. Here the price is not relevant, everyone that is member of the site can follow all courses. Therefore I would like to remove the price from the course block in the course directory and in turn show a button that links to the course page. see: http://prntscr.com/kqsi83 Any easy way to fix this, some sort of hook maybe? Kind regards

Solution depends on what(plugin) are you using to implement memberships in your site ?
