@mandncentre This is a Buddypress Functionality(all this email related part) Recipient Name is not showing the actual name in emails.  ---> If you are using WPLMS Custom Registration Form then please track the progress here of this bug: https://trello.com/c/IbF7dzUd/2094-issue-recipient-name-showing-in-email-when-registering-via-custom-reg-forms But if you are using Buddypress Registration Form then you should contact Buddypress Support Forum that it is not working When you click on Activate Button after adding the key it is not working ---> Connect a page in wp-admin > WPLMS > Buddypress > http://prntscr.com/tfqqid
