changed slug doesn't save after permalink resaving

The changed slug of a course doesn't get saved. Even after resaving permalinks. Screenshot

Screenshot link missing . I guess you may be seeing it unsaved but its actually saved , your courses will open still at site.com/item/course_name . Please do not worry about it

No, I mean that I've changed the slug of an existing course. From www.meestergijs.nl/item/idioom to /item/lezenc1. But it didn't save..

Fixed it through courses pages in admin. And changed the slug there. It worked there, amazingly.
