Hi, The icon issue is caused  by custom css .

please try adding this custom css in your wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css

Well the icons issue in chat screen is caused by a different fontawesome css that is enqueued to every page by some third party plugin . You need too deactivate that third party plugin one by one and found which is enqueuing the fontawesome css as it is conflicting with wplms theme's own fontawesome css , we are using version 4.7.0 of fontawesome .

You can contact that third party plugin author for the same and ask them to remove their force fontawesome style enqueuing . We ccannot do the same as our theme style file is minified and fontawesome is added minified in it .
