Chat not working

Hi, I installed the last versione of the chat: 1.3 Follow your setup video. I use a shortcode inside the unit: [wplms_chat type="unit" primary_id="UNIT_ID"] but I used also the option in the chat settings. Database is configurated. But it seems not work. I try to login as 2 students, with 2 differents browser (Safari and Chrome), and with an admin with another browser (firefox). All 3 users on the same Unit! But each user when open the chat: no open chat! If a user open a chat, he can not see others users! It seems that each chat is separeted! In Firebase I have this structure: unit 2030 chats -MPG8qd7guQyT-axKPYK key:"-MPG8qd7guQyT-axKPYK" time:1608753048396 user:80 -MPG8tSSzFbRPe-zEvFD key:"-MPG8tSSzFbRPe-zEvFD" time:1608753059952 user:79 users 79:1608753038300 80: 1608753040994 Why 2 chats? it's don't make sense! Hi, The two users can chat with each other in the same chat. It should happen. One will initiate a chat and make a request to join others. Please share your admin credential in a private reply.

Hi, Yes currently to support in 3.x chat has some issue we have been already added the trello card here https://trello.com/c/b1WsWZuu for fixes. Please track the Trello card for further updates.

Any news about? In Trello the card is in the column unconfirmed. What do it means?

Hi, Please share your admin details with us above given details are changed to some special character so we are unable to login to your site. I'll configure chat with my credential at your site if we found any issue we fix this in the next update of chat plugin.
