Commission not Admin Setting

Hello Commission not in under LMS-->Setting-->Commission I found a video, its showing commission can set per course and per instructor wise. but when i logged in my admin area and go to LMS-->Setting not found commission menu. please advice me on it.

Hello, =>1. Dear friends, I need to ask some question from you that what is category commision and how it works. We have only instructor commision which can be set by LMS->Settings. =>2. Right now, we don't have this type of feature. Right now we are giving commision to the instructor on the basis of course. here : http://prntscr.com/oomcnx instructor can set the percentage for a particular course so commision will be given to instructor on the basis of course percentage.
