I am still facing the same old problems
Now I cannot confirm the reservation until I test the appointments working or not

You have a very big problem with appointment, and you don't recognize the problem and you haven't solved it for more than 6 months.
you are working on new and important services but unfortunately you have problems with all of your additions
Do not easily repair them and there is no development for the services that i have purchased
It is not reasonable to work on new services(plugin) and not solve problems that relate to important things such as appointments, chat, phone alerts, phone authentication, etc.
Please solve the appointment problem in any way
