Correct answer only shows upon refresh, explanations not showing

I'm running WPLMS 4.095.2 on WordPress 5.6. All plugins are up to date except for LayerSlider WP. No caching plugins are currently enabled. For most of the quizzes on the site, I want it to show the correct answer when showing the results. Here are the settings on one of the quizzes: In LMS > Settings, Hide correct answers is unchecked. When I finish a quiz, it shows the label for the correct answer, but it is blank. If I refresh the page, the answers do show up, but obviously test takers aren't going to know they need to refresh the page to see the proper answer. I don't know if this is related, and I'll make another topic if I need to, but answer explanations are also not showing up on questions that have them set to show.

The parent theme is 4.095.2, though the child theme is 1.12. Do I need to update that?

please update the parent theme to the latest one and then check

That did it. Sorry, I thought I had only recently updated and thought I was totally current. I'm not sure about the explanations though. I can't remember which questions have it- need to get my partner to check on that.

The explanations still aren't displaying. I checked a few questions to make sure that they do have explanations in the settings, and I looked at the quizzes that have those questions to see if there was a setting I hadn't checked. Any advice on that front?

I updated it to 4.096, which fixed the correct answer displaying issue. I'll send you the other details in a followup private message.

I just now manually gave you a subscription- I forgot that admin users don't automatically have that, so you should be able to see the content on https://socialworkguide.venuecom.com/testing-room/ now. As for the required plugins in the video, I downloaded a fresh copy of WPLMS from my Themeforest account just now and I don't see those in there. Where do I get those plugins?

No problem on the delay- I've been out the past few days too. Does that mean you can only have quiz results OR explanations, but not both displaying at the same time in the same quiz>
