Coupon Issue

I created a coupon for students’ access to a course but anytime I put the coupon, it reports “coupon does not exist”.

Okay can you please tell if its a course coupon or woocommerce coupon ?
If its woocommerce coupon then please check coupon settings and its validity carefully .
If its a course code then please share url of course and admin credentials in a private reply to check this issue .

Thank you Alex for the responding concerning the coupon code. I have solved the problem with course status. Thanks to your wonderful team who helped me.
