Hi Team, I have a problem with my WPLMS 4x installation concerning the "course category page". It is not responsive. Please have a look here: https://orginal.e-vocal.com/course-cat/cello/ I tried to change the "Directory layout" in the Customizer. ...did not work and "All courses" crashed afterward. Please help, THX!

Hi, You need to just edit your course directory page using elementor then change the course block width to 280 or 360 . refer here https://prntscr.com/12gfu53 and save. Then check your course directory page.

Thank you Ada, that looks good so far. But when I choose a category and click "Take this course" I will come to the checkout page directly. Yesterday I came to the sign in/ Login page first. Besides: It would be very good to come directly to the checkout page and create a user account during the payment process....maybe this is possible? So, and how can I change the widges on the directory page? I still can not work on this page with elementor for any reason. Thx!

HI, Please watch this video carefully to know how to edit any buddypress page using elementor on your site. You need to first disconnect the page the edit then reconnect. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QHRVsbvgbgWxNB5G0NbJ0nGTaLaKdLwP/view If the courses are free then a login popup will open fron take this course button and student can pursue the course after logging in.

Hi Ada, thank you so far. I managed to set the filters on the course directory site. BUT I still have the problem that when I click the buttoms "TAKE THE COURSE" on the COURSE DIRECTORY SITE then I come directly to the check-out page without login popup! When I click on the buttoms "TAKE THE COURSE" on the start site (https://orginal.e-vocal.com) the login popup will open as required. Please help! Thx!

Hi, It's because you have enabled these two settings from lms>>settings https://prntscr.com/12sgvv7 These are legacy settings and not work in wplms4. so this was working on home-page only but not on all course page. In wplms-4 there is option to register on checkout page itself so user is redirected to checkout page. I disabled the settings and not from homepage also it is redirecting to checkout page. https://drive.google.com/file/d/15AcunxWvx-4P8McwKRHsDf4c7ZhEKtUO/view Also you can manage direct checkout from wplms>>miscelleneous >>skip product and cart page. https://prntscr.com/12sh7bp You can check this tip if you want to redirect users to custom register page. https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/redirect-non-logged-in-users-to-register-page-when-they-click-on-take-this-course-button/

Hi Ada, thank you for your response. So, in any case if the buttom "Take this course" is clicked the user will be redirected to the check-out page and is able to pay. That means that the user is paying WITHOUT having a user account? So where is the option to register on the check-out page? Please help! THX!

Hi, No, the checkout page itself work as registration page and then user will also receive an account creation and a mail related to his/her login credentials. Please refer to this video for how user is registered on checkout page and related settings. https://drive.google.com/file/d/15ayZNUSvCEulcKczOta0lDZ81dqsb3wE/view
