    Dear team, I had logged an issue about a month back that the course completion date is not shown in statistics and you had created a trello card for the same. As per the trello card, the issue got fixed, but the issue still exists. I am on WPLMS 4.08 with the updated plugins, but still I am unable to see the course completion date in the statistics. Please do the need ful. screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/u9pxm3 trello card: https://trello.com/c/mwFWhSaT FYI, after updating to the latest WPLMS 4.08, I created a test course for this purpose and did the testing.

    user needs to complete the course first. And check after that, because the activity will be recorded and then it will be visible

    I was not referring to status bar. I was referring to "stats". Attaching screenshot again for reference: https://prnt.sc/uafhvy You can see "Start date" and "Completion date" is N.A. How can this be N.A if the user completes the course? Is this still a bug?

    Well for the start and completion dates please check if there is activity recorded for the user for start course and completion course ?

    We need valid ftp credentials not the wp admin credentials to check the issue please provide ftp credentoials : https://blogvault.net/working-with-ftp/ Well for the support time its already mentioned for reply within 24 hours .You can ping us [email protected]

    Hello, the instance is on AWS hosting and there is no option for ftp access. Please suggest an alternate way to do this. I can share the required config files of server for your review in case required. FYI, the issue is also noticed on your demo portals and stats of users are shown as N.A.
