Hello,

We are experiencing a serious issue in that our students cannot access their courses. Anytime they logged in and tried to click on the ‘Start Course’ or ‘Continue Course’button, it returns a blank page: http://www.flexlearn.co.uk/course-status/ each time. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Please make sure your course status page is set in the wplms->course manage->take this course. Also try re-saving the permalinks from settings->permalinks. If the issue persists then please share the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your setup. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the admin credentials.

Thank you Latiyan for getting back to me. We re-saved and the course status started work. However, when a student tried to upload an assignment with a comment telling the Instructor what he has done, he pressed submit and the page went blank again. http://www.flexlearn.co.uk/wp-comments-post.php What could be causing this? Thank you

Please check the file size that the student is trying to upload . If it is more than that of the defined in php configuration then it will show this error. Can you please check if this is appearing with the samle files lesser than 2MB or not ?

Thank you, I managed to hire someone who fixed the issue for me. Just another quick question please, a Student hasn't done say quizzes for unit 4 and 7 of a course but the system is saying she has done it. How can we re-open those units for her? Thank you Charles

You can reset the quiz from the course admin->submissions->quizes, and reset the particular quiz for that student. If you want to reset the unit for her then go to course admin and click on see course stats for the user and there you can mark the unit not completed for that student, refer: http://prntscr.com/aoqnhe

I noticed the following issues: Students work are not being saved Text are coming up in funny shapes Button for course stats doesn't work Course duration is showing way more than we enabled. 1. to reduce the subscription time : you can reduce the subscriptions time of the user form course admin -< extend subscription .If you provide -ve value in the textbox and click on extend subscription button it will reduce the subscription time for that student . refer : http://prntscr.com/ap8ouh 2. Stats icon not working : Make sure that your theme and all its plugins are updated to latest . Check js errors in you course admin page . Try deactivating third aprty plugins . refer : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors If above does not helps share admin credentials adn site url. PS: mark reply private while sharing . 3. Please make sure that your assignment is connected to the course in assignment settings . refer : http://prntscr.com/ap8rak
