Course-status when mark the unit as completed, it keeps loading infinitely and n

Dear all, I have a problem with the Course-status section. When I enter in a course with my user or my students´s users from my location, I can navigate the course perfectly, but my students can´t navigate it. They tell me that when they want to go to the next class or mark the unit as completed, it keeps loading infinitely and never advances. From already thank you very much, Regards, Laura

@achulita Deactivate your third - party plugins if you are using any(the plugins which are not a part of wplms) Also share a screen recording of the issue so I can replicate the same. You can use screen cast o matic to record the screen
