Courses are not shown up in instructor dashboard

I created a course as an admin and I am also a student and the last step after I clicked published button, nothing happened, Screen freezed. https://tinyurl.com/y2utmd9r Then in another tab, in all courses (https://www.hublearn.com/hublearn-courses/) i see my course (YouTube Case Studies) was created but the image I uploaded for cover image is not showing up, the default course image shows up. And in dashboard, instructing course, it shows 5, but nothing loaded. https://tinyurl.com/y48j7p9s

Basically, all the videos i added in unit are not showing up in the course page in backend. Only the course title, description is added, but no price, video, featured image not showing in backend. I had to login to wordpress dashboard and go to lms-all courses, and add manually these details. but this is not the right. instructor or admin should create course from frontend i.e. PWA dashbaord. I don't understand what i am missing. and when a student purchase that course purchase is successful but when she logins to her dashboard and go to course, its empty. Course is blank. Could you please check what are the issue? Basically whole process of course creation and student start course creation is failed. We have all latest version of wplms theme, wplms plugin and vibebp plugin and other related plugins. I am sharing the instructor and student login details in next private message.

i think i figured it out. it was wrong layout choosen for course in customizer, it should be content for course. I chose initially other layout and that effects the whole course creation process! but student after they purchase the course when they click start the course, its just loading 3 dots icon. What could be the issue? Any clue?

its sorted out already. Now we have another issues. When i create course and add course image but this image does not add to woocommerce product image. I had to add manually the product image. Another issue is vibebp login does not sync with woocommerce checkout process. I already logged in throughout the site but when i go to checkout then login box still shows up. It does not recognise the i already logged in. I checked all 3 boxes in vibebp-settings. https://prnt.sc/xdxthm Any help would be great.
