Courses dissapear from Student Dashboard

Hi, I'm having an issue with the access to courses for a while now. Normally, the student who purchases a course, automatically get access to the course. But, sometimes, the course dissapears from their menu and if they visit the course page, it shows "Take this course" button again instead of "Start Course" or "Continue Course".

ok please check if the course is connected to product in product settings . http://prntscr.com/ifkv18   if its connected and still not getting access then please share your : site url , admin credentials , and a valid FTP credentials to check this code at your end .
