    What do I do after that? Should I reenable which addon? Please keep in mind that I need to control access to courses AND access to WP posts and pages.

    If that is the case then you should certainly use woocommerce memberships and its wplms woocommerce memberships addon and configure according to : and specify the lengths as per : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/woocommerce-membership-integration-with-wplms-addon/
