Create Account Feature Not Working

Hello WPLMS, The Create Account feature when accessed from the login menu is not functional. When You click login, there is an option that says No Account, Create One. When the user clicks create one it simply asks for email and password. When they click Create Account button after entering their email and password nothing happens. Additionally the popup loads behind the header menu which covers some of the text as can be seen here https://prnt.sc/tws04i Thanks for your help
