Is it possible to create filter with own options e.g. suitable for beginner, advanced or professional without program my own plugin? Or with with options like format 5-minutes, training or entry. If yes, how can I do this?

It's okay :) Right now we have only these filters available and by any custom code we can't add any extra filter here, only for you. You have the only option to create a feature request and if you will get upvotes we will surely add this in the code

How works voting? Should I create a topic with feature request or have you a special site for it?

You need to create a request here: https://wplms.io/support/forums/forum/general/feature-request/ If other users looking for same feature and they vote your request, and if we find that the voting is done by many users, then we will include this feature in the theme Alternative is to set your courses with course category, and assign these course category in the courses. Now, users will be able to filter courses based on these categories, that whether the course is a begineer level course or an advanced level one
