    Hi I've got a couple of questions A) Students create group or batch from their own dashboard B) Set-up a form that on the website that registered students can complete that populates some of the Batch or Group fields needed. Admin would then be able to authorise, edit and make it live C) Set Batches up like a calendar and list (with filter) See below for more detail A) Is it possible to set-up students with the ability to create, or request, a Group (preferably a Batch) from their dashboard? Is there a form that could be used here? At the moment students can join Batches they see under the course, which are then accessible from their dashboard http://prntscr.com/o2przy I ultimately would like to give Students the ability to create their own study groups/symposiums where other students can enrol in these. B) At the moment if a student wants to request a symposium they would have to complete the form on my events page. I then have to manually create an Event for this http://prntscr.com/o2pt67 I would then have to go to this form and create a Batch from the request and separately inform the student once live. C) I am double processing Events/Groups at the moment. So people can search events and request one I am using EventOn for this at the moment, also allows them to RSVP to the Event. I think the 'Batch' plugin is the better place for all this to occur. However, it is limited in that it is only accessible from the course page the Batch is assigned to. Could a separate 'Batch' page be created? I would also like an easy way for students to either request a Batch or make one themselves.   Thanks heaps Cheers Jon

    @jonllewellyn80 point A) Batches generally controlled by administrators only or the instrcutrors if they are allowed to do so. If you want that students can also create batches then you have to promote the users as moderator or some other role. So that they can create the batches Point B) We don't have as such feature point C) Please check the buy batch feature of wplms batches: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-buy-batch-feature/

    @jonllewellyn80 There is a only way that student can create batches, you need to do following steps: =>1. make student as instructor. =>2. install co-author plus and wplms co-author plus add on plugin. =>3. goto wp-admin->lms->All courses->Select a course->and add the instructor in course: http://prntscr.com/o3tr4c =>4. disable the instructor to access the wp-admin  in wp-admin->wplms->BuddyPress->WP Admin area access: http://prntscr.com/o3ttt2
