Hey there I'm about to customize the colors of the course page as instructed on this thread. My question is: What happens if I update to the next WPLMS version? Will I lose all the CSS settings and have to start from scratch? Do I need to create a child theme? If so, what's the best way to do it? Please advise. Looking forward to your response :)

Hi, If you add the CSS in the  wp-admin->appearance->customiser->add custom CSS. Then all your custom css will be reserved even after the update. For Custom code changes like PHP code changes, you should create a child theme. You should never make direct Source Code PHP changes to the theme files in any way. So, create a child theme if you want to add custom PHP code changes.
