What is the correct CSV format to bulk import unit attachments? The attachments are
not saved using the following format, when there is one attachment per unit.

Importing using the following format (by appending a bar at the end) saves the
attachments but creates an extra unwanted item in the array, which shows missing
attachment in the front end.

You need to change some code in function parse_code from class.import.php as shown in screenshot 2. Go to vibecustomtypes ->includes -> email_templates ->class.import.php

One more issue:
I installed the new theme Demo no 10.
Since I can't get the front page to load, I ran the set up wizard again, no difference.
I also deleted all the other Home pages.
I also deleted the Main Menu by mistake and don't know how to re install it again.
Log in info is up the posts.

so could you please contact the webhost again and ask to share the php error log ?
My guess is that your php memory limit is being exausted there .
Please also contact your webhost and ask them to increase the php memory limit to atleast 200MB

I am working on getting the php error log.
Meanwhile, please note, the php memory limit is 512 MB.
Also, I ran the set up wizard again, GOT an ERROR on the installing the slider (the step before the last).

To remove the error on installing the slider i need to enter your site and it was loading forever even after deactivating all the third party plugins. So we need your php error log first to resolve your issue.

I do not have access to the error log file, the stage site host keeps telling me to edit the wp-config.php file to display the errors:</span>
I deactivated all the other plugins, still has the problem.
Could be that the menu is missing ( I deleted by mistake)
Could be the new theme has issues.

Well debug is already turned on but still there are no errors appearing for us .
there are no fatal error appears on website to detect the cause of the issue .
Can you please share atleast the path to that folder where your error log is there .
Also can you please try downgrading your buddypress plugin to 2.9.4 ,which Im unable to do because of some ftp errors some files could not be transfers .

I DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS to the error file, this is a stage site, all what they gave me is the ftp login, nothing else.
I don't know how to downgrade buddypress plugin to 2.9.4,
all I can find is ver 3.o.o.
I was able to switch the demo, still issues in the header, but the page loads.
Probably the demo 10 is not ready yet (home page won't load).
Should I update buddypress and see if the header load.
How can I get the mega menu back, I deleted it by mistake.

Well im lost without the error log .
I have tried :
replacing layerslider plugin
replacing visual composer file .
deactivating them both .
tried another demos .Issue is not appearing with them .
also its just with your site only .We are not able to replicate the issue on any of our test sites .
Can you please do the new setup of wplms theme with demo 10 on same server with new set of plugins .
