I have followed your instruction and save the setting, but it is not working. It is still generating the old certificate number (see the images below).

share course URL, certificate URL and admin URL with credentials. I will check.
If I hit "Apply to All Certificate", it states that all existing certificates will be affected as well.
We want the existing certificate numbers to remain what they are currently and new created certificate numbers to reflect the new customised numbers.

it is working if you click the apply all certificate or assign manually one by one.

And Can you please make sure to change back the assigned certificate after making the test? One of our course certificate is affected due to it was assigned to your testing certificate. We have changed it back.
