Customized registration popup

Hey there I tried to replace the default registration in popup (#login), but something go wrong. I wanted this https://prnt.sc/10hbhbm and I got this https://prnt.sc/10hbl52. WPLMS->Buddypress->Enable ajax registration & login is on Enable login and registration, Custom registration page - registration page with shortcode from registration form. The registration form create special Member Type. Can you give advise on what I did wrong, please?

How do add "Name" entry on the registration form in addition to email and password as shown on https://prnt.sc/10hbhbm? or is there a way to achieve a similar design of the default registration popup on customer registration page?

hi no you can't edit any specific field here you can create a custom registration form and there you can edit the fields as per your need but not in vibebp login/registration
