    I am trying to install wplms theme but i am having two for the time now.

    1. Default contents tab is completely blank on setup wizard.

    2. WPLMS page is showing Internal Server Error 500 but all the other wordpress pages are working fine.

    Ok I checked your site and found that you are using php version 5.3 . wplms works well with php version php version 5.4 to php version 7.1 . SO please contact your webhost and ask them to increase your php version to 7.0 (recommended)  .
