Delete title post from my Window broswer

Hi, How are you? When I enter to my site as a user, I see in my broswer window tab/bar the last tittle post, So I want to delete that, I know there si a way to put that, And I check one day, but I don't remember how I did it. Pleas ehow can I delete the last tittle post from my window tab.

Try resaving the permalinks . ALso try deactivating the third party plugins and installing the yoast seo plugin for this  .
