The original issue was here about account activation email which is resolved in the new release so If you are facing this same issue do check whether you have everything updated on your site or not
Second thing I mentioned that users complained about alignment issues so this is what the issue is
Actually the issue related to server-side
So, we tested by upgrading our demo from 4.03 to 4.05

And as you can see, everything works smoothly, no site crashing nothing
The issue is, your server is cached due to which it is not loading the styling and hence the page was showing like something broken
The issue was HTML caching
