DIRECT ACCESS TO QUESTIONS IS NOT ALLOWED

Dear WPLMS Team, I have a big problem that my students can't access to question links. It shows that: <span style="color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">DIRECT ACCESS TO QUESTIONS IS NOT ALLOWED</span> I really don't know what the problem is. For example below links: https://tiengtrunghsk.net/question/luyen-thi-hsk-3-h31001-doc-hieu-cau-1/ https://tiengtrunghsk.net/question/luyen-thi-hsk-3-h31001-doc-hieu-cau-2/ I tried to find the answer in wplms forum support queries, but it did not work. Please help me to fix the problems. Many thanks to you!!!

Well this warning " direct access to question is not allowed " only appears if you try to access questions directly .
Sometimes after theme setup and install , question's link got set in menu items .
In such case please simply remove or edit the menu . and if not then please share your site url and admin credentials in private reply.
