Hi! Following up the closed ticket I followed these instructions to revert to the 3 version but the problem is not related to the version since it was happening before the update. Although you can see the email is scheduled, it is not send as I refered in the pdf explaining what have beem testing. Please refer to the original ticket. Thanks Ana Relvas

Hello, As you can see that if you are not replying under 5 days then topic will closed automatically: https://prnt.sc/uanb37 And for drip feed email: please check following pointers: 1. Check if activity component is enabled or not in your site . 2. Check if you set correct timezone in wp-admin -> settings -> general . 3. Check your spam folder also . And if you are using wplms version 3.x then can you please try updating your vibe-customtypes plugin, Thanks,

Hi! Just added the code. So, it's like the previous line but after the } $phpmailer_is_6_0 = true; }$phpmailer_is_6_0 = true; I did not understand the translation issue. Activate - Ativar Disable – Desativar And only when is green on the right the option to define the drip feed time limits are enabled. What's next? Thanks Ana

Hi! Still not working. I've been through all this. In short, regarding the last suggestions: 1. I updated to buddypress 6,3 2. Emails are scheduled (WP Admin – LMS – Settings – Emails, schedule emails. Check if tthere are scheduled emails for the drip courses.) 3. drip emails are configured in WP Admin – LMS – Settings – Emails – Schedule I've tested with one minute between sections. What I have been saying is the emails are scheduled but they are not being received. I am sure they are not going to spam and other emails are received as purchase emails related and news. Is this email sent from a difference service of the news or wordpress/woocommerce messages (which are being received)? How is the dripfeed email sent? Is it possible that is a problem of that configuration? It seams that the email, altough scheduled, is not sent. I am not going to be able to answer for the next days. Please don't close the ticket. :) Thanks Ana

Drip email is sent using buddypress email structure . PReviously buddypress itself had a bug and the emails were not sending . but this is fixed in its update 6.3.0. We are yet to check this in v4 , was working well in V3 wplms version .

Hi! I updated to 6.3 and still was not working with 1 minute between sections. Should I do any other test? I am using wplms V3 Is there any other way to test if buddypress is sending emails? The news emails are sent by this service? Thanks Ana
