email notification on promotional inbox

Hello, We have this issue everytime instructor assign the courses, give marks, the student receive the email notification on their promotional inbox instead of regular inbox. please guide. Thanks

This is not managed by us. We only written this code to send email but in which folder it lands is not written in the code. This is something handled at server's end. Contact your webhost
