Hello, I want to send an email to students in progress that are blocked or have not yet started the course. Is it possible to do this excluding those who are inactive because they have already completed the course or those who cannot complete the course because already expired? Schedule course expiry email is sent also to the ones that already finished course? Thanks

Hi, Sorry, This would not be possible. Yes course expiry email is sent to all users whether they complete the course or not.
