Email template design

Hi vibe, I am facing problem, i am going to design email template, if i am writing anything into visual does not receiving those text, i tried to write the in html then also it does not working, the text I am revieving which has been written into (plan text email content) how can can I edit the text with html or visual???????? also I tried to write the html into (plan text email content) but does not working the html codes into (plan text email content). https://tinyurl.com/yyg5egx8 version: wplms 4 plugins: all updated plugins

Hi, Apologies for the delay in reply. I had to replicate this on local and I added html code in the email and it's showing up. refer here-> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1D0gRn8JBXCClBtpaFSAXrgVHxxvgbx54/view please check if there is multiple copies of same email template on your site . Also please share a screenshot or recording of the email student receives after adding content to the template.

I saw your video and into video also i can see the error into your video email you are receiving gmail with opening and closing h3 tags though it should be without opening and closing tags

Hi, That was a news email template and the link was read more link which I did not edit yet. And html tags will not work in plain text email content.
