Emails are not being sent in HTML format

Hi, My activation email is being sent in plain text even though I have a full HTML template for it. I have updated the email on the emails section (managed by buddypress if I am not mistaken) and I have deactivated the emails option from WPLMS Thanks

Well I deactivated "WP Change Default Email" plugin in your site and i got the html email please check screenshot in private reply .
