December 7, 2019 at 4:13 am #236088tuaptitudSpectatorHello team I have a problem with the PDF Certified Generator. The background image of the certificate does not appear in the PDF. When I generate the html pdf view if the image is seen, but when generating the PDF, the image disappears. - Is it possible that I can configure with PNG images ?, since I have to upload digital signatures to the certificate and I need that the image does not have a background color (background transparent), which can be done only in PNG.
Why does the image lose quality in the PDF? It looks a little blurry.
Thank you.

I think your image was corrupted somehow. try with another image and check. 2) no it is not, always upload the HD image for example 4080 x 3072December 13, 2019 at 4:30 am #236748tuaptitudSpectatorHello Logan, He tested the images on the certificate, and I have the following final conclusions.- The PNG image is not working, for us it is too important that PDF certificates can have PNG images, please verify this case.
- The high resolution and JPG images work very well in the PDF certificate.
