Can you tell me how "it is confirmed that there are many files either missing or the file permissions are not correct on your server " and which files you mean? Can you be more specific? The debug log is set to 640, of course, but the rest of the files are set to 644 and folders to 755! You really think we didn't contact the host the first thing, the first time that error appeared? They said it's a plugin error. This doesn't help at all.

Need site WP admin details to debug further , prima facie this does not seem to be a code related issue. For any further insight we need to login to your site. The second issue is already being discussed here : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/cant-upload-course-zip/#post-248106  Try removing the edit course page from the WP Rocket page caching.

This thread was started 3 weeks ago! The WP admin credentials are in this thread! Skip the pretentious Latin and really go through it Mr. Vibe! Last log-in from the admin account I provided is from 10 hours ago! I was not going to repeat myself, but just in case someone else wants to see this: I already disabled WP Rocket! It is uninstalled! I already uninstalled Woo Commerce too! Please coordinate with your team! Unbelievable!

I did a fresh WPLMS install on a different server, different domain, new database, all permissions set as they should be, all config settings for php execution etc etc. The install finished, with the same demo theme, I clicked on plugins and got this: net/http: timeout awaiting response headers

This is highly unlikely that this is a theme issue becuase this is the only topic reporting of this. We do a lot of installations every day and have not seen this issue. Can you also share exact set of steps which I can do to replicate this ? because I logged in to your site for another topic and did not get any server 500 errors.

Another reason plugins and themes pages are slowest in the WP admin screen is that they check for automatic updates. I was able to open the plugins page easily in your site without any issues : https://prnt.sc/rqodrc Please let me know if I am missing something here.

http://prntscr.com/rqop6f Just click on Plugins, then go to Updates a few times.I am sure you will get this message. As for the fresh install, I did it with the setup wizzard; bbpress and elementor returned "ajax error" when they were installing in the wizard. And maybe other plugin too but I forgot which. After that I selected the demo we use in the main site and the install ended successfully. I went to plugins and updates and the same behavior repeated as on the main site, except it did not display error 500, but this: net/http: timeout awaiting response headers.

That is fine (safe to ignore). The BBPress, Elementor, Visual composer, LayerSlider, RevSlider all try to migrate you away from the page, so they show ajax error. If a plugin does not install it shows "Failed" message. There  are a lot of things going on in plugins page and there is always a possibility of timeout on plugins page as it is checking for all the plugin udpates. The Vibe plugins make a hit to vibethemes.com and Layerslider to its own site, revslider to its own site, BBPress to wordpress.org , etc.  Each one has its own hit and all happen from your server. Every php process has a max time limit. As the number of plugins increase , the timeout possibility increases but it does not impact any other area of your site. If the Plugins page breaks in between after checking 2 updates out of 10 , reloading this page continues from that point that is it will check the 3rd update, hence you're able to load this page eventually.

Adding to above, server connection speed, the plugin site server locations, DNS and a lot of things to factor in for each plugin update check.

ok, I understand. So the conclusion is that we should just live with it like this?
