Error creating questions for the course through the frontend

Hello. By creating questions for the course through the frontend, the questions are not save and present error when conducting the quiz. Creating through wp-admin, works perfectly. Thank you.

Well you gotta click on all the save buttons you see while creating the quiz . There is save button at bottom left on the quiz below the questions box which actually saved the quiz and its data along with questions : http://prntscr.com/owvnyd     if still not working then please share your site url and admin credentials in private reply .
