What are PHP Notices? PHP notices are the least important. As stated on the official PHP website, you will see PHP notices when: the script encountered something that could indicate an error, but could also happen in the normal course of running a script. Refer https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/warnings/ you could hide these notices, following this link: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-turn-off-php-errors-in-wordpress if you found any FATAL ERROR then let us know.April 19, 2022 at 8:08 am #383746MarinazelParticipantHello, we try to import course into a new install. We tried our course and even your sample course from https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/bulk-importexport-wplms-via-csv/ and the system in LMS->settings->Import/Export says Import Complete in Import function but then neither your sample course nor our course is listed in list of courses, not as published and not in drafts. They are simply not there. How this can be fixed? Regards,April 19, 2022 at 9:17 am #383750VeronicaModeratorhi first please make sure that you have updated to the latest version of the theme and plugins and most important thing to check is the prefix of the table/database should be the same as from where you have exported the data or you need to change the prefix in the file according to the database prefix in which you are importingApril 19, 2022 at 12:04 pm #383757MarinazelParticipantThe new install is a completely fresh one and we used sample courses to populate the data. For now we try to create an export file on lms-sttings-import/export-download from installed sample course, yet the system just hangs on, without creating an export file. We do have a link for a created file and can see that at least the name of the exported and imported csv files are the same - they both start as export_course_ Can it be that the folders are reading or writing protected and if so, which folder? May be we can manually upload the csv? if so where to? Thanks in advance for your help,April 20, 2022 at 11:47 am #383799VeronicaModeratorhi we would like to request you that, please share a video of the issue and share admin credentials and site URL in a private reply to check the sameApril 20, 2022 at 12:07 pm #383801MarinazelParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.April 23, 2022 at 7:27 am #383936MarinazelParticipantAny news on this issues?April 23, 2022 at 9:01 am #383938MarinazelParticipantWe have successfully changed the prefixes so the issue is closed.April 23, 2022 at 9:17 am #383939VeronicaModeratorhi I have just tried to check but the screenshot you have shared is not available and the video you have shared is protected https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3f0QoVY3bo https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3f0QoVY3bDApril 23, 2022 at 9:23 am #383940VeronicaModeratorgood to know this is solved
