I am getting this fata error message that is interefering with the theme and my ability to use Elementor.

Well the error is telling us that theme files are not there in which this function was defined "
vibe_validate() " .
It could be possible that theme was not updated properly and some or most of the files did not copied in new theme folder .
To resolve this you will need to manually update your wplms theme and make sure all file is copied properly .
