Every time Student complete their exam and everytime the are failing

Every time Student complete their exam and everytime the are failing even they are answering all questions correctly. I also checked as a demo student, marked all the questions correctly but system is saying im failed in the exam. Some time marks are showing 0/100 or 0/0. We cheked our course and quiz module atleast 50 times no issue in our sides, Please check and give us a fast feedback.

hi, means you have set the quiz as auto evaluated right! so please Check the setting : WP Admin - WPLMS - Course Manager :

and also make sure that you have installed and activated to the latest version of the plugins and theme are you using react quizzes? if you still face the problem then please shared
