Follow notification & User change

Hello WPLMS, Here is a video with the issue: https://vimeo.com/553620105 Whenever a student follows another student the notification comes up blank And once the student clicks the follow thumb button the user image automatically changes to the next user. The notifications has stopped coming for some reason But once the blue thumbs up button is pressed the notification would come but only the X would show. Thank you Regards, Jevaughn TBU Support
