Hello, I've opened 3 support tickets on Jule 26, 2021. Here Today is July 30, 2021 But Till now I did not get any response of any of my tickets. Since I did not get any response yet, I'm going to post again all of my queries. Query- 01) I've created a topic from a student account on a course forum: https://prnt.sc/1g07j2b From vibe Helpdesk, I made the forum privacy public and when I click here : https://prnt.sc/1g041ys It's redirecting to the homepage. When I click the view button: https://prnt.sc/1g0b2tr It's also redirecting to the homepage. From where should I replay to the topic of the students? I found nothing from admin account: https://prnt.sc/1g0by4q Query - 02) Hello, We've created a Certificate Template. Everything is looks good: https://futurewebbd.com/certificates/fwbd-certificate/?c=833&u=62 But the problem is: students can not download, print or make the PDF. These options are not working: https://prnt.sc/1g3fnnn Besides the Certificate Validator is not working: https://prnt.sc/1g3fyv1 Query - 03) Hello, I've sent a bulk message but student can not see it. hi 1: please make sure that you have followed this tip: https://docs.wplms.io/extensions-and-addons/list-of-all-addons#vibe-helpdesk and now create a new topic it will show as from Saturday night and on Sunday forum faced some issues all fixed now so if you create a new topic it will be visible to use 2:install and activate wplms pdf certificate plugin and make sure that you have enabled pdf certificate on your site and checked the setting in lms>>settings>>show PDF certificate only and another one in edit certificate template and enable pdf certificate let me clear the steps for pdf certificate 1- select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly 2- drag and drop the element according to your design 3- choose the alignment of the text there and after that click on the EDIT TEXT 4- after that click the save option then update the entire certificate this is how it will work here are the tips regarding the PDF Certificate plugin refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/pdf-certificates/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyJGVlegWTc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylT1j35dUbg https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-pdf-certificates-update-1-3/ 3: checking on your site

Hi Veronica, From where I can install "wplms pdf certificate plugin" ? From appearance-> Setup Wizard -> I installed the plugin: http://i.prntscr.com/XfOdnXy8TDWwolJwGJUbFA.png But from the installed plugin section, I can not see the WPLMS PDF Plugin.

Now certificate is working fine but the Certificate Validator is not working: https://prnt.sc/1g3fyv1 I want anyone can verify someone's certificate with the certificate code mentioned in the certificate. I added a widget at the footer of my website but It's not working. I put a certificate code but its going to a link like this: https://futurewebbd.com/?certificate_code=935-833-45

hi it is tested and working with version 4 you just need to follow this tip: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/certificate-code-validator-widget/ Please goto wp-admin > wplms > course manager > fallback certificate code. Refer: http://prntscr.com/lipcp7 Set the page here and it will work

Hello Veronica, I've created a page "Certificate" and I added it to the "Fallback Certificate Page" from WPLMS. After that, I've assigned a certificate to a student but when I checked with the certificate code in the certificate validator, The certificate is not showing. The certificate code is: 935-833-64 Could you please check it from my website? Certificate validator I've put on the footer on my website: https://futurewebbd.com/
