Forums: Update/Publish button missing when creating or editing

We just recently encountered an issue on the Forum where the button to save is missing, see the screen recording from the link below https://www.loom.com/share/d215a8d1bb2342deb7073d5937ec0ab0 I hope you can help us on this.

hi, refer: https://prnt.sc/rrizqz this is the default that should be visible. we have never face issue like this. i request you to please :

1. update your all plugins and theme.
2. and then check
3. if yet the issue persist then please revert with you admin credentials we will take a look.
