Front End Not Working????

When I installed the theme and plugins it show the front end plugin but there it is not really there?? As well as the vibe plugins... they seem to be there but there is no activate or deactivate and they don't appear in the wplms drop down or anywhere else??? I tried re-instaling everything and the same thing happened. they seemed to work fine yesterday but not today... Please let me know what to do. Thanks

Well there are some necessary plugins for wplms .These plugin does not shows any activate and deactivate links coz they automatically activated and deactivated with theme .
