I've just bought the gift courses addon but it is not working in V4 WPLMS.
How can I do to make it works?
There is no tag of 4.0 here: http://prntscr.com/vvia3z
Which means it is not yet compatible

Okay, If you purchased the addon via Paypal then place the refund request there. If purchased via Instamojo then place the refund request on instamojo
I place the refund request in Paypal, but no answer is received.
Please share the email id which you used to purchase the addon. I will cross check with another team member that if he received the refund request with this email id or not
