grey lines in theme

Hello,   I have one problem in my website https://openpm.org/ It has 2 grey lines on top of the home page and the icon of the logged in user, looks a bit up than the menu. Could you have a quick look and let me know which file or code should I edit to get it back to normal?   many thanks

The position of the logo is only when you are logged in.   Many thanks

Hello, this is not just a line, this is the whole section. while you were modifying your page you left the blank section with our putting any content into it.

Please goto wp-admin >>> appearance >>> customize >>> custom css >>> paste & save.

Hello, I did it an one of the grey lines went away. Many thanks. However I still have the logo of the logged in user upper and not center. Could you help me with this?
